Stage one (prerequisite project) – Comprehensive energy modernization of selected Polish State Archives buildings – preparation of documentation.
During this stage, all the documentation necessary for stage two was drawned up. This involved conducting an architectural inventory, energy audits, as well as design work and cost assessments.
The first stage of the project took place between 01/04/2021 and 31/12/2023.

The project was part of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme, Priority I: Reducing economy-generated emissions, Measure: Supporting the energy efficiency of buildings, Submeasure: 1.3.1 Supporting the efficiency of public utility buildings.
This effort is in line with the IaEOP for 2014-2020 as regards supporting the energy industry, as well as the 2021-2017 financial policy, which strives for a more environmentally friendly, emission-free Europe, in addition to being compliant with such state-wide documents as the National Energy and Climate Plan.
