The State Archives in Olsztyn is currently renovating its basements into archival storage facilities.
The work includes adapting rooms with a total area of approximately 525.9 m². The investment includes construction work, modernization of installations, and the purchase of specialized warehouse equipment adapted to the requirements of storing archival materials.
The project aims to increase the Archives’ storage space and improve the conditions for storing archival resources, including their security, in connection with ongoing and planned modernization work.
The investment will also reduce the need to use external storage spaces.
The estimated cost of the investment is approximately PLN 1,259,000, and its implementation is planned for 2025–2026.
